This notice covers the Fuck Bodyweight launch signup page. Signup is optional and open worldwide.
What you share
When you submit the form, we receive your email address, your agreement to launch updates, the consent wording version, the submission time, the page you used and campaign codes attached to your visit, when present. These codes help us understand which launch content led to a signup.
Why we collect it
We collect this information to maintain the launch-interest list, share launch information and product previews when communications begin, and understand where signups came from. Signing up does not place an order.
How submissions are handled
The form sends your details to Formspree, the service used to receive and store submissions for Fuck Bodyweight. Formspree and the website hosting provider may also process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to operate their services and prevent abuse. Their processing may take place outside your country.
Read Formspree’s privacy policy for information about its service. This page does not collect payment details.
Cookies and analytics
The landing page does not add advertising pixels, analytics cookies or persistent browser storage. Campaign codes are included with your signup. Service providers may process their own operational or security information.
Change your mind
To withdraw your signup consent, ask for removal from the launch list, or ask about the information you submitted, contact @fuckbodyweight on Instagram. Mention that your request concerns the launch list. Do not post your email address in a public comment.
Keeping the list
The list is intended for launch communications. We will review whether signup information is still needed when the launch campaign ends and handle removal requests through the contact route above. If the signup purpose changes, we will update this notice.
